Value

The workflow qualitative teams have been asking for

Scale depth, not overhead

Run more 1:1 interviews without the scheduling grind. AI moderators keep the conversation going while you focus on analysis.

Guide fidelity & pilots

Upload your briefing document, review the AI "reverse brief", and run a pilot before participants see anything.

Transcript-first workflow

Every chat is captured with speaker labels and timestamps so exports drop straight into your preferred analysis tools.

Participant control built-in

Participants can see their transcript, pause/resume, and withdraw with one click. Compliance is part of the core flow.

How it works

From guide upload to export-ready transcripts

Every step mirrors the MVP flow outlined in the PRD. Participants can resume later as long as they are within the field dates.

1

Create a project

Name, objectives, and field dates so everyone knows the scope and window.

2

Upload the briefing doc

DOCX or PDF goes straight into the system prompt. The AI returns a reverse brief for you to confirm.

3

Pilot & approve

Run a pilot as a pseudo participant. Iterate on wording, tone, or structure before inviting the real sample.

4

Import participants & monitor

Upload IDs, share unique links, watch started/completed/withdrawn status, and export transcripts anytime.

Participants open unique links, give informed consent, and can view their transcript or withdraw later from the chat UI.

Trust & privacy

Compliance-friendly by default

Data handling

Encrypted storage, HTTPS everywhere, and JWT-protected researcher sessions.

Model usage

Transcript data never trains external AI models. Prompts are single-tenant per project.

Participant rights

Transcript visibility and withdrawal controls are available at every step.

Residency

Designed to run on AU-hosted infrastructure to meet public-sector requirements.

FAQ

Answers for researcher onboarding

How do participants join?

You import IDs or emails, and we generate unique interview links that handle identification automatically.

Can a participant pause and resume?

Yes. Within the field window they can close the tab and later resume right where they left off.

What file types can I upload?

DOCX and PDF briefing documents are supported in v1, up to 10 MB per project.

What does the export include?

CSV containing project ID, participant ID, timestamps, speaker roles, and the full message text.

How does withdrawal work?

Participants (or researchers) can delete a transcript at any time. Messages are removed and that ID is marked withdrawn.
